Morning floating market on the Mekong with boats gathered on the river

Private journeys · Local expertise · Thoughtfully paced

The Mekong, designed around you.

We live here. We travel these roads, cross these rivers, eat in these markets and keep discovering new reasons to love this extraordinary part of Southeast Asia.

Why the Mekong?

A region shaped by water.

The Mekong is not one destination. It is a journey through landscapes, cultures, cuisines and communities connected by one of Asia's great rivers.

In the morning it is a market. By afternoon it is a road between orchards, rice fields and small towns. Further west, the water leads towards Khmer pagodas, borderland mountains and the islands of the Gulf.

The river is not scenery here. It is the road, the market and the morning.

Mekong Team

We live here.

There is a difference between knowing where somewhere is and knowing whether it is worth staying another night. Our consultants bring real local knowledge into every route, meal, crossing and quiet morning.

How it works

From your idea to your Mekong.

  1. 01

    Tell us about yourself.

When you are travelling, who is coming, what you love and what you do not enjoy.

  2. 02

    Meet your Travel Designer.

A real person, based here, who knows the places you are considering.

  3. 03

    We design your first journey.

Route, pace, accommodation, transport, experiences and room to breathe.

  4. 04

    We refine it together.

Stay longer, remove something, add Cambodia or find a quieter island.

  5. 05

    Welcome to the Mekong.

We remain here while you travel, not simply until the booking is complete.

Our Mekong

Best destinations to begin with.

We choose places for rhythm and character, not because they fill a checklist. Some are famous. Some are quiet. The right mix depends on the traveller.

Islands / Beaches

Sometimes the journey needs somewhere to stop.

Beaches and islands should match the traveller too: polished comfort, fishing-island personality, remote simplicity or quiet nature.
